Password Help for Your Virtual Reward Account

Reset Your Password

  1. Go to: cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com
  2. Click “Forgot Password” under the Submit button
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Click “Send Reset Email”
  5. Follow the instructions sent to your email


Registering a New Reward After a Password Reset

If you already have a cardholder account and recently reset your password, please follow these steps to successfully access your new Reward:

  1. Reset your password (if you haven’t already)
  2. Exit the current screen completely
  3. Return to your original Reward email
  4. Click the Reward link again
  5. Log in using your newly updated password

This step is required to properly link and display your new Reward in your account.


Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?


Having Trouble Resetting?

If you’re stuck during the reset process:

  • If the original password field is pre-filled (dots/stars) → leave it as is
  • If the field is blank → try the steps below

Try This:

  • Switch browsers (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
  • Update your browser to the latest version
  • Clear your browser cache/history
  • Use a desktop device instead of mobile

Then restart the password reset process.


Creating a Password

Your new password must:

  • Be at least 13 characters long
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include at least one number or symbol
    • Example symbols: ! & $ _ * # @
