How to Redeem and Register Your Virtual Visa/Mastercard Reward

New Users: Register Your Reward

If this is your first time registering a Virtual Reward:

  1. Click the Reward link in your original reward email
  2. On the next screen, copy your Reward code, then click “Activate My Card”
  3. Enter your email address, then click Next
  4. Re-enter your email and create a password
  5. Enter your name, mailing address and phone number, then click Next
  6. Review your information and accept the terms and conditions, then click Finish
  7. A secure activation code will be sent to your email, enter the code and click Submit 
  8. Enter the code and click Submit
  9. An authentication (2FA) code will be sent to your phone number, enter the code and click Submit 
  10. Enter the code and click Submit

Your Reward is now registered!


Existing Users: Registering a New Reward

If you already have an account and want to register your new Reward:

  1. Click the Reward link in your original reward email
  2. Copy your Reward code, then click “Activate My Card”
  3. Enter your email address, then click Next
  4. Enter your existing password, then click Next
  5. Enter your name, mailing address and phone number, then click Next
  6. Select how you would like to receive your authentication (2FA) code, enter the code and click Submit

Your new Reward will be automatically linked to your account.


Access Your Account Anytime

You can log in to view your Reward details, balance, and transactions at:
cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com 


Important Note

If you recently reset your password and are trying to add a new Reward to your cardholder account:

  • Exit the cardholder account screen
  • Return to your original Reward email
  • Click the Reward link again
  • Log in using your updated password

This ensures your new Reward displays correctly in your account.
