How to Access Your Verification Code
Open your email on a separate device or in another browser tab so you can view both the login screen and your email at the same time.
If you do not see the code in your inbox:
Check your spam and trash/junk folders.
Look for an email from: Do Not Reply cardholder@virtualrewardcenter.com
Subject line: “Virtual Reward Center: Two-Factor Authentication”
Troubleshooting Verification Issues
Manually type your email and password when logging in (do not use auto-fill).
Click “Re-send Code” on the 2FA screen if needed (located under the code entry box in green text).
Always use the most recent code sent — previous codes are automatically canceled.
Codes expire after 15 minutes.
Ensure the code is entered exactly as shown:
- Case sensitive
- No extra spaces before or after
