How to Use Your Virtual Visa/Mastercard Reward to Make A Purchase

Where You Can Use Your Reward

Your Virtual Reward can be used:

  • Online purchases
  • Over-the-phone (call-in) transactions
  • In-store purchases by adding your Reward to a mobile wallet (for merchants that accept Visa)

⚠️ Note: This is a virtual product only. You will not receive a physical card, and it cannot be printed for in-store use.


Using Your Reward In-Store (Mobile Wallet)

To use your Reward in-store:

  1. Ensure your mobile number is entered in your cardholder account for verification
  2. Add your Virtual Reward to your mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  3. Use your mobile wallet at checkout anywhere Visa is accepted

How to Split Payments In-Store (Partial Balance)

If your purchase amount is greater than your Reward balance, it will decline and you will need to split payments.

How it works:

  • Tell the cashier you would like to split your payment
  • Use your Virtual Reward first to pay for the exact available balance
  • Pay the remaining amount with another payment method (credit/debit card, cash, etc.)

Important Tips:

  • Check your available balance before making a purchase
  • Some merchants may not support split payments, especially online. It is up to their discretion not ours. 

How to Use Your Reward Online

  1. Select “Credit” as your payment method at checkout
  2. Enter your Reward details:
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • 3-digit CVV code
  3. Complete your purchase

ℹ️ There is no PIN for Virtual Rewards.


Viewing Your Balance & Transactions

You can access your Reward details anytime by logging into your account:

Once logged in, you can view:

  • Current balance
  • Transaction history
  • Card number, expiration date, and CVV
  • Customer Service Token
